Data Logging Systems
This is one of our portable environmental data logging systems. It monitors and records changes in the environment. This system monitors EMF levels, temperature, humidity, pressure, dew point, light, UV, motion, gamma radiation, sound, audio range EMFs, and EMF frequencies.
The ADCS is an audio data collecting system. It consists of a 4 channel digital audio recorder with 2 built-in condenser mics, an external dynamic mic, an EMF sensor, and a data logging sound level meter. The condenser mics, dynamic mic, and EMF sensor all record to separate channels which allows us to compare the wave forms of each channel in multi-track audio software to search for anomalies and EVPs. The sound level meter records data allowing us to match sound levels with suspected EVPs for verification.

The DM-X930 is a 3 axis EMF meter that datalogs LF, VLF, & ELF electromagnetic fields as well as ambient air temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, and audio. All data is time stamped and can be cross referenced in the analysis software to find correlations between fluctuations in temperature, pressure, EMF, and audio
The EMFD System consists of a hand-held oscilloscope with a calibrated EMF sensor which allows the user to see the actual frequencies of EMFs and their wave forms. This will show if an EMF is caused by AC or DC electricity, radio waves, or possibly by something paranormal.
The TriField Natural EM EMF Meter detects magnetic fields, electric fields, radio waves and micro waves. It also filters out 50-60 Hz to reject AC electrical interference. We have modified this one with an output jack so it can be attached as an EMF sensor to our data logging systems. These are very sensitive and can even detect the Earth's magnetic fields so they should not be used hand-held.
The E.Probe™ 2.0 is an electric field detector. It detects electric fields and moving electric charges, however it ignores magnetic fields, radio and micro waves, and static electricity. It is not affected by cell phones or hand-held two-way radios and can only be triggered by direct contact with something that has a moving electric charge such as a live electrical wire or even human skin. It can be used hand-held, as a stationary device, or connected with a wire to metal trigger objects.
This is an Audible EMF System which was made from a telephone pickup connected to a small portable amplifier. It allows you to hear EMFs in real time.
The E.Bear has E-Field and EMF detector circuits so it can detect changes in the surrounding electromagnetic field as well as detect being touched by anything with a moving electric charge.
The MEL 8704 REM Meter detects changes in EMF levels and temperature and has an antenna that generates a small electromagnetic field around it which can detect when something disturbs that field. However strong radio waves, such as those from hand-held two-way radios can cause them to false trigger.
The KII Meter is perhaps the most controversial and misused EMF meter on the planet. It is a very wide band EMF meter and can easily detect cell phones and radio waves. We have modified this one by adding sound which can be turned on or off and an output jack so that it can be used as an EMF sensor with our data logging systems.
This is one of our Audio Data Collection Systems with a Tascam DR-40 four channel digital adudio recorder that records the internal mics, dynamic mic, and EMF sensors on separate channels. The Tascam is a great stand alone recorder as well.
The Zoom H4n, like the Tascam DR-40, is a digital 4 track audio recorder which can be used with the Audio Data Collection System or as a stand alone unit.
The Zoom H1 is a great high quality, low noise digital audio recorder.
RTEVP digital recorder. This allows real time monitoring of the recording to hear anomalies and possible EVPs that are being captured that may not be audible to investigators at the time.

For investigations, we prefer to use the Sony Digital SLR camera with the infrared "Nightshot" feature which takes photos in total darkness without flash. We don't cameras with a flash unless it's to document an area. Flashes can illuminate airborne particles of dust, water vapor, pollen, and many other natural things that can seem unnatural in flash photos.
We use high resolution Trail Cams to monitor remote locations. They are motion activated and capture hi-res photos and video in daylight or darkness and have date, time, and temperature stamps for each triggered capture.
Other Investigation Tools
The Geophone detects the slightest vibrations or footsteps and also very low frequency sound. We use them to monitor stairs, hallways and other surfaces where reported unexplained knocks and footsteps have been reported.
We use EM Pumps only in areas that have little or no electromagnetic fields of their own and only when we feel there is no noticeable activity to see if the pumps can produce a change in the environment.
This is a modified flashlight. We use this instead of the popular mini Maglite to test the flashlight communication hypothesis. It has a plastic body instead of aluminum, has the internal spring replaced with a hard rubber plug, and has the switch replaced with an external screw terminal switch that can be precisely gapped and measured to accurately reproduce the same setting each time.
These are IR motion detectors that have been modified to quickly reset after being triggered. This allows us to see if there are multiple contacts in a short period of time instead of waiting for them to reset after several minutes.
This is a laser grid that aids in seeing movement in the projected area. This has been modified with a more stable power supply to eliminate the flickering common in laser pen type grids.
This is a high definition Sony camcorder with "Nightshot" infrared video capability mounted to a portable rig with a Ghost Light™ GL5-PRO-Quad 20 Watt IR light, a GL5-PRO-Quad @0 Watt IR/UV light, a flashlight, and a laser .
This is a full spectrum modified GoPro™ Hero 2 camera with a Ghost Light™ GL5-PRO 10 Watt IR illuminator which can be mounted to head or chest straps, or any other GoPro style mounts, as well as a standard hot shoe or tripod.
This is a high definition "Full Spectrum" digital video recorder. Like most "full spectrum" cameras, this one has had its IR and UV filters permanently removed which allows it to receive more of the infrared and ultraviolet light spectrum than normal, unmodified cameras. It is paired with Ghost Light™ 10 Watt IR and True Full Spectrum lights.
This is a Ghost Light™ GL5-PRO-Trio 15 Watt IR/UV light that is used with full spectrum cameras to provide strong IR and UV light separately or together.
This is a Ghost Light™ GL3-ADV IR illuminator which we use with infrared capable cameras and video recorders. They are excellent for all sized indoor areas and some outdoor areas.
